ATELIER Miami ("ATELIER", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through atelier.malpi.ca (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Consultation requests: when you request a private consultation we collect your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, and the project details you choose to share (type of property, location, timing and notes).
• Journal sign-up: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver and secure the Site.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics on this Site.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and arrange your consultation.
• To prepare proposals and manage your project, if you become a client.
• To send the Journal and occasional updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse.

How we share it

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example our hosting and email delivery provider (Cloudflare) and font delivery (Google Fonts) — under their own confidentiality and security obligations, or when required by law.

If you become a client, we share only what is necessary with the manufacturers, carriers and installers involved in your project.

Confidentiality

Discretion is part of our service. Details about your property, your project and your identity are treated as confidential. Confidentiality agreements are available on request.

Retention

We keep consultation requests for as long as needed to respond and, for clients, for the duration of the project and the period required for legal, tax and warranty purposes. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the consultation form on the Site and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

The Site is served exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, although no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last revised.
